The Monroe Pro's Simple Clean system helps users easily remove and clean the combustion chamber components. This system simplifies the process of cleaning the combustion chamber. Users can quickly remove and clean the components with this system.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £75.
Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Royal Home Living delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10 working days of your order being placed.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 020 8050 5953 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.
We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.
DELIVERY DAY
On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 - 45 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately sometimes unable to access your property or garden; If this is the case, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 020 8050 5953 or via email support@royalhomeliving.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
HELP WITH MY DELIVERY
MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
In the very rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If waiting is not satisfactory, please contact Customer Services to cancel the order, receive a refund, or choose a different product.
